Tarot to bring wisdom to your heart when things aren’t going your way.
‘when you’re feeling down and troubled and need a helping hand’ have a tarot reading or pick up your tarot deck…..James Taylor’s lovely song reminds us of how we can all feel down and out.
When I pulled the three of swords this morning I was thinking about
a. Myself
b. What to write in my half year news letter
c. And what it is I want to offer in a reading?
When you feel disconnected from your heart……
Absence delay separation my tarot teacher Annabelle used to say on seeing the three of swords. Not heartbreak as three swords piercing a heart might suggest, but more when things we desire (or love) are delayed, not present, are separated from us….for good reason. Hence the instruction of this card to bring wisdom to your heart and understand there are good reasons. This card describes feeling somewhat bereft of whatever it is would make you happy…..beyond your comfort zone.
In response to
a. Myself…..am going through a flare up of rheumatoid arthritis and its taking a while to subside. Also for me it describes being in a strange place of dissatisfaction and confusion about my purpose, about what I am doing in my life (more another time)
b. What I’d like to talk about in my newsletter…..how a tarot reading helps re-connect you to your heart and wisdom, by connecting you to the heart of the matter, to what is bothering you perhaps, what is missing, and brings understanding and clarity.
c. What I’d like to offer…..Ditto.
When you are feeling disconnected from your heart, tarot will bring renewal.
And then what I thought, explain yourself, clarify….and pulled the second card, a ‘clarifying card’ the STAR. Bright hopes and new possibility. A card of renewal and healing…..
As ever I wanted a ‘how to?’, advice card and pulled the High Priestess……by trusting your instincts.
She keeps her emotions at her feet in order to tune into her instincts
If there is one reason to learn Tarot, it is in order to learn to trust your own intuition.
